Access to the Zynqavero platform is granted by request only. Submitting an access request does not guarantee platform access. Zynqavero reserves the right to approve, decline or revoke access at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Platform access is personal and non-transferable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynqavero Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for platform access in the twelve months prior to the claim.

The Zynqavero website may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites and do not endorse them.
